WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS SHIP?
All orders ship within 10–21 business days, unless the item is marked as a PRE-ORDER or stated otherwise in the product description.
WHAT DAYS ARE CONSIDERED BUSINESS DAYS?
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and owner vacation days.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Nope! We do not have a minimum order requirement.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed unless the item is a PRE-ORDER.
If a pre-order has not yet been sent to production, we may be able to process a cancellation.

Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Once an order has shipped, Chandlers Crafts and Creations LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your package:
Arrives damaged
Is marked delivered but not received
Is lost in transit
👉 It is the customer’s responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship within 10–21 business days, unless the item is marked as a PRE-ORDER or otherwise stated in the product description.
If a package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim.
Once an order has shipped, Chandlers Crafts and Creations LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If you would like to add additional shipping insurance, please reach out to us through the Contact Us page prior to shipping.
RETURN POLICY
If an error is made on our end (incorrect item, wrong color, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
Items that have been worn or used are not eligible for return or refund.
If the item can be replaced, it will be remade — no refund will be issued.
If the item is no longer available, a refund will be processed.
When an item is remade, it will only be corrected for the original error — no additional changes can be made.

COLOR DISCLAIMER
Due to differences in monitor and screen settings, colors may vary slightly from what appears online. Product photos are intended to represent colors as accurately as possible, but exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
